Kyle Priddy
Kyle graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. During his time as a student, he was recognized as the Outstanding Accounting Student of the year for his university by the San Jose chapter of the CalCPA. Before joining MHTB, he spent time working for a retail consulting sole proprietorship, giving him perspective on how small family businesses are run. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys watching Giants baseball and live music performances.

JEANETTE C. RUSSELL, C.P.A.

Jeanette C. Russell

Jeanette graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She obtained her CPA license in 1990. Jeanette has been specializing in financial statement preparation and tax return preparation of income, sales, payroll and property tax returns. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

WAYNE SCHOENE, C.P.A.

Wayne Schoene

Wayne graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He also completed a secondary concentration in Accounting at San Jose State University. Wayne has been a CPA specializing in tax compliance, tax planning and tax controversy since 2001. He is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA. Outside of work, Wayne has authored and presented a Continuing Professional Education course for CPAs called “Investment Finance and Income Tax: Two Worlds Collide.” In addition, he has previously taught five 10-week courses in individual tax law.
