This position requires working closely with partners, managers and senior staff.  Each assignment will provide different challenges, which requires creative thinking, flexibility and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience with the following skills:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Is proficient with bank reconciliations.
  • Is proficient with AR, AP, cash accounting, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and depreciation.
  • Is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
  • Is able to start a QuickBooks data file from scratch.
  • Is able to clean up a QuickBooks data file that someone else created.
  • Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
